1855
Bäuerle was established in 1855 by Jakob Christoph Bäuerle who not only laid the foundations for his own company, but also for the entire tool and machine industry in Oberkochen.
1893
The eldest son Adolf Bäuerle takes over the workshop. Based on drill and tool production, commencement of manufacture of tools for machine wood processing. An expanded range led to the construction of a larger factory in Oberkochen and the first plant in Bahnhofstrasse.
1926/32
Adolf Bäuerle oversaw the construction of a precision drawing plant in Oberkochen and succeeded in incorporating it within the framework of overall machine factory operations. Not only his own plant was a customer of cold drawn steel and spindles.
1948
Adolf Bäuerle left his legacy to his sons Albert and Otto.
1952
The precision drawing plant is relocated to Böbingen/Rems. After moving commercial management under the leadership of Otto Bäuerle Jr. and Albert Bäuerle Jr., the company relocated in full to Böbingen.
1990
Bäuerle was split into individual businesses: Bäuerle GmbH Maschinenfabrik (Albert Bäuerle) and J. Adolf Bäuerle GmbH & Co. KG (Otto Bäuerle).
1998
J. Adolf Bäuerle GmbH & Co. KG is fully transferred to Georgsmarienhütte Holding GmbH. The drawing shop is converted into a peeling plant.
2008
